Great family vacation on St. Croix at Caribbean Breeze during COVID! We had a fabulous time at your condo. The condo is well stocked and in the perfect location. You don't have to leave if you don't want to. We opted to explore the island about half the time, and stay at Caribbean Breeze / Gentle Winds the rest of the time.

The weather was perfect - it rained for like 10 minutes most days, and then it was perfectly sunny with puffy clouds the rest of the day. We did not want to leave St. Croix!

A few major highlights: peacocks (yes, peacocks) near Foodtown, turtles hatching at Gentle Winds (we saved 30 or more hatchlings looking for the sea - they were on the sidewalk, the bushes and even the pool). You must go to Buck Island!! We took a private charter on the Dragonfly (Capt. Carl) and it was worth every penny. The snorkeling was the BEST I've ever done, and the beach on Buck Island is world class (softest, whitest sand and most aqua blue water in the world) Cheers and thanks Dawn & Kent - Will be back soon!

Our 5th stay at Gentle Winds (4th in your condo) It's become our second home.

Great stay. Enjoyed everything, the view from the balcony is amazing. We are considering 2 weeks next year again,

Awesome facility!! Perfectly located, secured and comfortable. Outstanding view and very spacious. I grew up in St. Croix, so it became our "home away from home". No issues or complaints. Thank God for internet service provided at the site. It was our saving grace when Verizon cell service failed us. Will most definitely recommend it and repeat our visit to STX.

What a wonderful place! You have clearly taken the time and consideration to make your place welcoming, comfortable, and convenient. This community as a whole is a special little oasis on the island. We had a couple of days where we didn't leave except for dinner or groceries. The cleanliness was also a pleasant surprise.

We loved small details like the puzzles and the pool noodles as much as the larger like the fully decked out kitchen and abundance of towels. I know I said it above, but it is very apparent that you put a lot of thought and effort into things. Heck, I am tempted to grab you for dinner when we are in Colorado in July to learn more from you about owning a vacation rental :)

We would, without a doubt, stay here again if we were to visit again. I want to offer my sincere appreciation for your offering this place for rental, and we enjoyed it immensely.

Just want to say thank you for the great stay. Your condo is one of the nicest we have stayed at on the island as we have been several times. I do not have much of anything negative except may more detail on what is expected at the end of stay as in tear down of beds? sheets? I hope everything was satisfactory on out exit.

One other thing you can say was a positive, we met a nice bartender at Cane Bay (I am horrible with names) that enlightened us on the use of Verizon cellular service on the island, in past everyone said it was not good service. But she told us to do the following, and gave us almost great service on most of island. This is a good one to pass along.

*Turn off your LTE service - use G3 (as most phones are LTE now) and also just a reminder we are on unlimited plan...go to settings - cellular data options - enable LTE (shut off)
This simple step made life with navigation about perfect on island (I believe this procedure applies to iPhones)

We had a great time - condo was all we needed - the view is a dream and I loved waking up to that kind of paradise! All the linens and the kitchen gear was great!

Your condo is in a perfect location. The entire complex is very well kept. We really enjoyed exploring the island. It was our first time to St. Croix.

You provided plenty of linens, soaps, and paper products. The kitchen was well stocked.

We loved to stay in your condo. What a view from the patio. We had beautiful sunsets and beautiful mornings.

We cooked a lot, so we really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was! We also enjoyed the board games, snorkeling equipment, cooler, etc.

Thanks for letting us use your beautiful condo - we hope to come back one day, and for sure will see if your condo is still available. We will move back to Denmark next week. We spend 2 years in the US, and couldn't think of a better way to enjoy the last holiday here. Hope you both have a wonderful summer! Thanks again!

This was the second stay for all of us. The condo is great! The location is amazing as well. Wonderful beach & pool area. Everything you need for your stay is at the condo. Enjoyed the shack, but is only open on certain days (this is seasonal). Ate at Flyers and they were great along with Above the Cliff, eat@canebay, Angry Nate's and Turtles. Tom and I ate at the Waves and it was wonderful!! We celebrated our anniversary there. Everywhere we ate was able to accommodate my gluten allergy. We had one problem with the shower not draining & sink backing up & we called and it was immediately taken care of. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We love it and we definitely plan on retuning. Diving and snorkeling were awesome!! Found another grocery store - Seaside - and glad we did - Foodtown is also good. Thank you for being so wonderful to work with. It truly was a pleasure. Looking forward to the next trip.

The Caribbean Breeze condo was the highlight of our trip. Wonderfully relaxed and comfortable, with a great pool / beach right outside of the door. All necessary living conveniences were provided, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were clean and functioned well. The grounds and facilities provided by Gentle Winds were perfect for our family and we would highly recommend to friends traveling to St. Croix.

All in all - great place - just like we expected from the pictures.
